Seventy Percent of our Coffee qualifies as Ecological and Shaded Coffee, thus, Certified Organic is the logical step in the Right Direction.

These are more than sufficient reasons to cause us to awaken to a new reality, that being, our need and responsibility to save the environment, as good stewards of God's creation.


Developing organic compost out of chicken, cow or sheep manure,
coffee pulp, yeast and molasses.
Organically and shaded produced coffees preserve the Eco-System and the Environment, since they do not contaminate rivers and creaks, preserve the wild life habitat, capture the carbon dioxide in the air, which they convert into Oxygen, and their densely reforested mountains make it possible for sustainable spring water generation.
