As such, we have carefully selected the best cooperatives of small farmers and plantations thoughout Nicaragua whose farms meet the optimal conditions needed for the growing of our specialty coffees.

Our Coffee is 100% Sun-Dried for a period of 10 to 12 days. We do not use mechanical dryers because they may potentially damage the quality of Coffee and send needy people into unemployment.
